Yay, these are done.

The bigger one is adult size: one eye and one gray hair
the next two are age 4-10 and the Infant one still needs a mouth.

I have started making hats again.
These will be done soon.

I always ask Nathan for his opinion on my hats. He suggested
that I make these yellow ones and he also has a lot of other ideas. 

I sell my hats for $10.00 each at craft fairs.

WRONG PERSON

So dad comes home and the boys are all excited
about the Patriots player and the hat that got signed.
 Dad says "Benjarvis Green-ellis or Jarvis Greens ?"
and finally get it all straitened out. It was Jarvis Green
and he no longer plays for the Patriots... booo..
but that was cool seeing him in Market Basket !!!

I said "That is ok, because he did at one time play
for the New England Patriots  and he signed
your hat !!

HAPPY BOY

Today we went to the next town over to check out
the new Market Basket in Biddeford, Maine.
In the store was Benjarvus  Green-ellis
He signed Nathans Patriots hat for him.

The local library called to let Nathan know that his
name was picked as the winner of the Summer
reading program and the prize was a Nexus 7 tablet.

And I can not leave my Princesses out especially
when they are in their Princess/ Tink swim wear.

Waiting for our homestudy to be written up.....hurry up already !!
 

PROGRESS

Seeing progress, actually enjoying progress from
this little girl makes my heart jump for joy !!

I  wonder what she is thinking in this picture ?


I was thinking today, WOW, she walks down the stairs
by herself now and she gets out of the van by herself.
She is actually doing stuff she always ask for help with...

We went to Old Orchard Beach tonight and for me
(keeping it real here) I kind of dread going to public
places because Rohana is  over whelmed with lots of people
or sights and sounds. She tends to whine or cry the whole time
and she does not want to walk she wants to sit in the stroller.
Tonight I watched her going slow and taking everything in,the
people, hollering "Nate I saw a piggy", dancing as we walked
by some loud music, she walked all night and did not ask
for the stroller. we actually had a great family night with
no melt down or acting out.

Sooo Blessed !!

BOSTON

These no so smart parents drove the 1 1/2 hours
to Boston, Mass yesterday to enjoy India Day
(India's Independence Day)  An awesome event
with music, dances, great food, etc. Lots of fun !!
When we arrived and saw that nothing was going
on we figured we must of got the date wrong.?
We enjoyed the park

Little sister wants to do  everything and two seconds into it
she realizes she is scared. Notice Rohana is laughing
and Hrutuja is not.

When we returned home I looked up the website and
read" India Day has been postponed, due to the
bombing at the Boston Marathon.  Boston has changed
the policies for large gatherings. So they are looking for
another venue and hopefully have India Day 2013 soon.

6TH BIRTHDAY

Rohana turned 6 today !!

 She picked out her cake and toppers.

GRADUATION

Rohana graduated from The Fraser Ford Center today.

IT"S A BOY !!!

We received pre approval from Ch*na today.
and his name will be Gabriel.

I am not sure if or when I can post pictures
or any info . I guess I should find that out.

Aunt Stephanie sent the girls their present.

PRESCOTT PARK

Every summer we go to the arts festival in
Prescott Park, Portsmouth NH.  This year
they are doing Annie.

 We bring snacks, drinks, glow sticks.

 It's a really fun evening for all, even the teenager.

 Hrutuja's first time.

WHAT IF

Now we wait for Ch*na to ok us as Gabriel's family.
And Nathan says " What if they don't approve us ?"
I guess I never thought about that .. At first I did not
know what to say to my youngest son who is excited
to finally have a little brother !!!!  Finally I said " I do
not know what we will do if we get turned down, but
we can pray about it and for Gabriel."  Nathan is so
willing to share his room, his legos and anything else
to have a younger brother. And the oldest son said
"after this one I know what country to go to next." !?$

I think adopting has touched their hearts forever !!

5 TH BIRTHDAY

" HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL" is what I
said to her when she woke up and her eyes just lit up.

We went to get her decorations and balloons and she
picked out her cake and Ice Cream.

We went to the mall on saturday and both girls
 picked My Little Ponies at Build-a-Bear.

 I cooked some Indian food for dinner. The girls ate
sooo much dinner they hardly touched their cake
and Ice Cream.

Sissa and Ben came over and that just made her
great day even better.  This Birthday girl was
on cloud nine all day and it was great to see
the sparkle in her eyes.... She is  a Blessing !!

M I A

August first already ?

I told the girls today that we need to take the car to
get a sticker on it.  Rohana says "yay, a sticker !"
she is funny, I can imagine the car with lots of stickers
all over it.

While we were waiting for our turn to have our car
looked at I was talking to an older gentleman about
the girls, the country they are from and adoption.
When I was told that the car does not pass
inspection because we need tires and the exhaust
bracket needed to be rewelded.. I was thinking
where can I get that done ? The gentleman I was
talking to said " bring it to the garage I work at
to get it fixed" so I did. I was blown away because
they fixed it for nothing.. 
Seriously, who does that now a days ??

 At the tire store I had another older gentleman say
 " wow ,their skin is dark (the girls) does their father
have dark skin also? "  I said " I do not know I will
have to think about that."

really weird day today... Tomorrow is date day and
possibly  wet Soul Fest.

Letter of Intent going out on Monday for Gabriel  !!
