HIGH SCHOOL

Yep, our oldest son went to the Senior Banquet.

Pretty darn cute !! He did have a date but I do not have her
permission to post her picture.  WOW, Senior next year !!

LOVE, LOVE these two...
They love wearing summer clothes, now if we only could get warmer
 weather.      The mountains had snow last night.?@!
And some where in New York they got 3 feet of snow.

Tomorrow we going to see some animals.  Family day !!

THOUGHTS

We are currently looking at Ch*na for our next adoption.  And when
I sat down and figured out if we fit the requirements, I was in awe for
a few moments.

6 years ago we started in Ch*na but had to drop out because of job
losses. I feel like we were given a detour to India (twice) along our
journey,  Because we currently fit the Ch*na program.......WOOHOOO.

And I caught myself wanting a young child with minor correctable
needs because that is where we started years ago .
Then I started thinking about the beautiful faces I have seen on the
waiting Children's listing.  They are all Special Focus Children, the
ones that are hard to find families for......Some have been waiting
years for a family to pick them.
Do they all find families ?
What happens to them if they do not ?
Do they live on the streets after aging out ?

Also we are looking at two or three possible Agencies.. not sure...
only one has grants, the other two do not.... Why does it all come back
to the money ?

We are praying that God will send us in the right direction and that
he will chose the right children that will fit into our family.

TOES

This morning we did our toes so they all match.

Then we got ready to go to the Mall to our Kidgits club
Today's theme is Super Duper Lil Chefs.

Don't know why it is sideways.

It should be a fun day !!!
And daddy is home today  !!!!

We have filled out some paperwork for our Homestudy.
And to be honest the money is always on the mind and sometimes
it makes us want to say no to another adoption. And asking for help
from anyone is really hard to do.  Amazingly we have the homstudy covered.

HOT DAY

It was a busy morning and when we returned home from picking
Rohana up from School we played outside.  Sissa called and invited
us to go out to lunch with her and she wanted to go to the beach
after.  Hrutuja's first time at the beach.  She thought the water was
very cold but played in it anyways.
Rohana loves the beach no matter what.



Happy to see the big envelope in the mail box today (Home Study app)
and remembered i dislike paperwork need to get the ball rolling.

GO, GO

On our last visit with our Social Worker (love her)
she said "well this is it, unless you want another." And I said
"another what ?".........oh, another child.  Yes I am a little slow
on Saturday mornings.

Yesterday I made the call to start a new Home Study !!! YAY
Not really sure where we are going yet but an orphan(s) will have
a family.   Another Amazing Journey waiting for us.

Nathan did this on his dry erase board. His drawings are very good.

STRABISMUS

Rohana had an eye Doctor appointment today and we got great news..
Her eyes look great !!! She will not need surgery for her Strabismus !!
And they did not put the drops in her eyes, even more yay !!

SOON NO GLASSES ??

I looked at a waiting child listing yesterday and fell in LOVE with

the beautiful face I saw, I did inquire about the little girl but another

family is looking at her file.  Funny, it was not my plan  totally out

of the blue ?  The Agency did not have to tell me where she was I 

knew by that beautiful face. I told my husband that this was not my

plan but if it is what GOD wants, then I will go.  So if the other family

passes her up and we get a waver then that would have to be our sign.

MOMS DAY

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL YOU MOMS !!

This am I am cooking Blueberry Bread pudding for
my daughter and I am cooking an egg scramble. We are meeting
at my mom's for breakfast. My mom will celebrate mothers day
with her daughters and grand daughters (maybe boys will show up)

I told two little girls I wanted to go t the Ice Cream shop for
Mothers Day and by the looks of their eyes you would of thought
I gave them the best gift of all..........ICE CREAM SHOP !!!
So after lunch today we will visit the Ice Cream shop.

My oldest daughter married the love of her life .
My oldest son has a job and a date to Senior Banquet.
Where have the years gone ??

Feeling so Blessed on this Mothers Day and everyday

NEW BIKE

Wednesday the girls and I drove to Mass to see a new Doc.
Rohana is getting an DMO Glove.  I was so proud of myself
when we got there "I did not get lost "!!

When I checked in the receptionist said" I am sorry we do not
have anyone in the office today that does the gloves.... (I was
even more proud of myself for not being upset for driving an
hour and a half for nothing) we rescheduled for yesterday.
It takes 3 weeks to make it. 

On the way home we stopped at Toys r us to get the Princess bike
that the girls have been talking about since I returned from Europe.

They were so excited !
 Rohana was a little afraid of the bike or anything new.
 She said " look at Hrutuja, she is fast "
Hrutuja loves the bike and yes she does go fast.

These girls are a huge blessing to our family.
