SUMMER

Busy summer days. Trying to keep the children busy and
not board...
Today we stopped @ Chuck e Cheese before
taking the boyz to JCPenney for pants for school.
The girls are always excited to go to Chuck e Cheese
 (boys too but they will not admit it)
We had burgers and fries for lunch and just layed around
for the rest of the afternoon.

Home study is almost done we just need to pick a Gabriel
to add to our family.....praying, looking, praying.

I would add pictures if the computer would read my card.

IT IS A BOY !!
I am in awe how God works things out.
Well its not official until Ch*na  says it is.

FAIL

As Nate would say "epic fail."
Found out yesterday that the two girls that we fell
in love with were matched with families that were further
along in the process than we are.

Being no stranger to International Adoption I know
better than to fall in love with children when our
Home Study is not complete.
(insert sad face and maybe a few tears)
Nate says to me  " I would like a younger brother"
ok honey we will look at boys, lots of them available.



These two keep me in stitches all day, they are so funny

DMO

 Rohana has her DMO Glove

  She will  start off wearing it for one hour and adding one
 hour everyday until she wears it all day.
   

 she is doing great with it.

Sometimes I catch myself starring at the girls.

They are Beautiful !!

I am still in awe that we have adopted twice.      Blessed

BRICKS

Maybe I am not as strong as I think I am.
Today while talking to the Agency that has the two loves.
It was said 'that the little one has CHD and another family who
look at her file (who turned her down)  had a Doctor look
at her file and said " that her CHD is not fixable."
That hit me like a ton of bricks !
I started to tear up. I did get scared and I prayed and prayed.

A chance to get loved on, even spoiled and the chance to get
to know our Heavenly Father...

Can our family handle this ?

ON WARD

YAY  !!!    Let the paper chase begin !!!

Doors are open and thing are smoothly falling into place !!

We have decided to move forward with the adoption of the two loves
that we have been praying about.

I am not sure what I can blog about right now but will find out soon.

Pray for us and the children and the process

OOOOO SCARY

I saw her face and kept going back to her picture every time I was
on the computer. I could not help it. Then I saw another beautiful face.
Oh my, They are beautiful and they need families......  So I requested
to see their files.  oooo scary SN.  One that we do not have experience
with but we are doing a lot of research on.   There are families that just
lost to their children to this very Special need. 
Should we stay away because we could experience a loss in our family ?
I think the benefits for the children will out weigh the what if's.

Praying that these children could become part of our family.

HAPPY 4 TH

What a hot day here in Maine... Yay, no rain !!!
We clebrated with red,white and blue pancakes last night.

 Had pizza for breakfast and headed out to the Parade.

 It was hot while we were waiting. These were some of the things we saw.

Then we went to a family BBQ.  Sparklers tonight !!
