Our 21 Days of Hope Children

This year we are featuring a different child each of the 21 Days of Hope!

March 1-21, help us fundraise for VOH and the 21 featured children!

DOUBLE THE FUNDS! For each $1000 raised for our Voice of Hope Fund between 1 and 21 March, another designated child will earn a $2100 grant from an anonymous donor!

The goal between March 1-21 is to raise $1000 *each day* (or a total of $21,000).   Just (1) $21 donation from each of our supporters will easily exceed this goal!
*** We have been blessed by a miraculous gift.  A generous anonymous donor has offered us a CHALLENGE.  IF we are able to raise at least $1000 per day for these 21 days, they will DOUBLE that with a gift of $2100 for each of (21) waiting child grant funds!   That’s $44,100 available to our waiting children if we can meet this Voice of Hope goal. ***
*** REMEMBER:  the goal for this 3 weeks is to meet the $1000 per day requirement so one child will earn a  $2100 grant for their adoption.   Grants will be posted *as we meet the VOH goal*!   Please post this on ALL blogs, add our blog buttons and donation buttons, share on Facebook and Twitter, and give YOUR $21 gift ASAP!

Thank you to all!!

Our 21 Days of Hope Children

(chosen by our leadership team)
As each $1000 is raised, the next child on the list will meet their goal and will be given their $2100 grant!

JESSICA

Could you be her family ?

I saw this post on twentyless.com and felt like I have to advocate for this
beautiful girl.
Jessica will turn 14 in May 2015. Her family will need to be in country by then for her to have the chance at adoption.
jessica1
“Jessica is a beautiful and sweet girl with a big heart. She is anxious to have a family to call her own. Sadly “Jessica” doesn’t have long to find her family! Can you imagine never having a place to call “home?” When learning of this deadline Jessica spoke of how much she wants a family and how lonely she feels without parents.
She was born with limb differences affecting both of her hands. However this doesn’t stop her. She does well in school and is able to write and be independent. She loves to help with the younger kids and enjoys working at the small store at the orphanage. She often uses her money for buying treats for some of the other kids.
We need to find her a family!

We need to find her a family! There is a $10,000 subsidy to be applied toward “Jessica’s” adoption through the agency she is listed with.

If you would like to know more about how to adopt Jessica before May 2015,
please send  an e-mail.

SNOW ??

well here we go again... 3-6 inches yesterday
and another 9-12 inches today... ha, ha

found this on facebook :   SERIOUSLY FUNNY

                                                  GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS !!!

Today there is no school, daddy decided to take the day off and poor
Austin has to go to work.. Possibly another storm on Thursday ??
February vacation is coming soon and we will be doing a lot of fun things
Mentally I am moving twords SPRING !

Rescheduled Rebekah's recheck with her eye doctor yet again, darn snow.

Received a call from Make a Wish foundation this morning about Rebekah.
They just asked more questions about her and will get back to us.
I wish that her sibling can do something fun with her, that they
will remember instead of  Doctor appointments, hospital stays, feeding
by G-tube, crying during the night, etc.

She has been doing great, she has gone from a 6-9 month clothes when
we brought her home to 24 m / 2 T clothes. She looks so healthy !!
And is developing a personality.

Gabriel is doing great with his English and School. He is a very smart kid.
He now tells his little dictator sister when he does not want to do something.

Rohana is slowly gaining at school but when she can get someone to do
something for her she will.   favorite phrase  " I need HELP !"

I am praying for another little girl that needs her medical needs met and
needs the love of a family... Praying, praying..........

I need to take more pictures.

HAVE A GREAT DAY !!
